David Cline
David ClineFounding Partner / CEO
With a solid background in leadership in both the private and public sectors and a strong international network, David brings a diverse and unique perspective to his clients.

He has built, managed and sold two multi-million dollar companies to date – one being a large healthcare staffing company – and has served as Chairman for a bank holding company with assets of $1.9 billion. He has international banking and trade experience having served for six years as a director for a large commercial bank in Siberia.

Additionally, David has managed $160 million budget for the public sector as an elected official.

His entrepreneurial spirit, his vast knowledge of business and industry and his love of a good bottom line make him a perfect partner for his clients.

Greg Allen

Greg has over 30 years of award-winning talent acquisition and staffing practices, primarily in healthcare. Greg has led multiple successful staffing organizations, including one of the largest healthcare staffing services in the nation.

He has successfully led start-up organizations, worked with healthcare systems with budgets ranging from $10-85 million and is a trusted advisor to various well-acclaimed healthcare facilities ranging from community healthcare organizations to large academic medical centers.

He is an original member and thought leader for the Healthcare Staffing Advisory Council for The Joint Commission and has spoken at some of the most highly attended staffing conferences in the nation.

Greg is committed to and will work diligently with your organization to design and implement a successful and sustainable healthcare flexible staffing operation.

Leslie Cline
Leslie ClineFounding Partner / CCO
Leslie brings her creativity, systematic thinking and communication skills to Convergence Services Group with over 40 years of leadership in both manufacturing and in the healthcare staffing industry.

Her experience includes new company start-ups, sales and management training and development, international business operation and free-lance writing.

She also co-owns a retail operation specializing in animal nutrition and operated an equestrian training business for many years.
